June Fishing Action
Striped Marlin continue to remain our main target species off Cabo, with most of the action occurring in the waters of the Sea of Cortez around the 95 Spot, 1150 Spot and Gordo Bank areas.

We are seeing some nice dorados up to 60 pounds, working lures around any scattered debris or open ocean trolling
in the waters of the Sea of Cortez. It definitely seems that the dorado action has been improving week by week for the past month.

Nearshore anglers are having very steady fishing action with sierra mackeral, yellowtails and roosterfish, plus lots of big jack carvalles are patrolling the beaches which always makes for a nice fight on lighter tackle.

Overall we look forward to the warming water and the
coming Blue Marlin season. Tunas were present but a little more scattered this week with most tunas being school sized yellowfins in the 15 to 40 pound range.
